BOSTON – Adam Lambert has already rocked Mechanics Hall in Worcester and now the “American Idol” season eight runner-up will be heading to Boston for a February concert at the House of Blues.
Lambert’s, The Original High Tour, begins on Feb. 23 in New York, with his second show in Boston. Tickets for the Feb. 24 show at the House of Blues can be purchased online. Ticket sales begin this Friday.
After his run on “American Idol” Lambert was signed to an RCA records contract and released his album called “For Your Entertainment.” He earned a Grammy nomination for his song, “Whataya Want From Me.”
Lambert was also tapped to be the lead singer for Queen, which according to Forbes, helped make him the highest earning “American Idol” alum in 2015.
The magazine reported that Lambert earned $10 million, which was $2 million more than country singer Carrie Underwood.
Lambert headlined the annual WXLO 104.5 FM Christmas Show at Mechanics Hall in December.
